What is the purpose of the Ward Whatsapp Groups?

Many wards in Bengaluru have an official Whatsapp Group. For example, there is 1 official Ward Whatsapp Group in each of the 13 BBMP wards in Mahadevapura. Active residents and concerned Government officers are part of the group

The purpose of these groups is to
